Wales to Ireland Tuesday June 11, 2013
Its midday and I'm on board the Jonathon Swift out of Holyhead, Wales bound for Dublin, Ireland across the Irish sea. The white capped waves swell gently against the sides of this massive metal monster and the horizon disappears into the misty water. It is a grey day, it has rained this morning and the clouds are low against the steely green surge of the sea. I love it. Its my first ever ferry ride and its truly awesome. In just under 2 hours I will be in Ireland and my beautiful friend, Sr Mary Alvagh will be meeting me at Bursaras. Where or what that is I have NFI lol. But I will find it just as I have found my way throughout this journey. With a little anxiety and a great deal of help.
I'm going up top shortly to take photos and then I am going to find a comfy chair and while away the journey. Pity all the window seats are taken but such is life...
